Semi-intensive online French course

The BER school, at your service since 1952: an expertise always updated

The BER school, with the benefit of more than 60 years of practice in adult education, guarantees the progression and success of any motivated participant, whatever their level.

We offer individualized instruction, in small groups of 3 to 8 participants, as well as the use of a multitude of educational tools.

A free level test is organized before registration.

Beginners will quickly learn to express themselves, then deepen their written knowledge and oral comprehension. All aspects of the language are studied, for all levels, while addressing the culture of the Francophonie.

Participants are frequently assessed and regularly take tests, with the option to level up.

Our courses also include the preparation of official exams (with exam simulations), such as:

  • A1-A2 Levels

    (DELF, TEF exams)

  • B1-B2 Levels

    (DELF, TEF exams)

  • C1-C2 Levels

(entrance exams to Swiss universities, DALF, TEF)

Who are our teachers?

Our teachers are all trained in teaching French as a foreign language to adults,
and have solid experience in this field.
They use specific pedagogy and
material to teach French to non-French speakers.

The school year is divided into 3 quarters (no lessons during the Geneva school holidays):
